Here's how you can make your own prints using an online printing company like Printful (which is a personal favorite of mine)!
First you'll need to sign up with the website.
Once you've done that, you'll need to choose some products that you like from the many different options available on the website. Since we are talking about making art prints in this article, you must know that Printful has posters (in matte and luster photo paper), framed posters, framed canvas, thin canvas, thicker canvas, and metal prints in different sizes so you can print your artwork on.
Next, choose a quality image that has a size of at least 2 times the size of the print you want to make and is at least 300dpi. The higher the resolution, the better the print will look.
Once you have your image saved in the correct format, you can upload it to Printful and begin creating the print. After uploading your image, you will see a preview of how it will look when printed on the canvas you select.
Finally, once you have chosen the products you'd like to purchase, you can add them to the cart and check out to complete your order.
Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and shipped directly to you within a matter of days (depending on how quickly you need to receive your items).
After uploading your artwork to Printful and choosing a product to place it on, you can add it to your shop inventory so that it will be available for purchase on your store.

At these locations, FedEx will scan your artwork according to your specifications and put it on a thumb drive that you provide to them. This is a great option for people that do not have access to a scanner of their own.

Many people choose to scan their artwork so that it can be stored on a computer as a digital file. Scanning your artwork will allow you to safely store it and also make it much easier to share with friends and family.
So, Let's start at the beginning.
What equipment will you need? You will need a few pieces of equipment in order to scan your artwork.
First of all, you will need a scanner. This is the piece of equipment that will create the digital file from your artwork.
Second, you will need to attach a computer to the scanner. You will also need a USB cable to connect the scanner to your device.
Third, connect your scanner to your laptop using a utility-like software app which is how you will manage the scan of your image.
Fourth, prepare your artwork. Once you have purchased your equipment and are ready to scan your piece of art, you will need to clean your artwork and scanner so that they are clean of dust and dirt.
Fifth, go to the scanner settings to choose the resolution that you want for your scanned images. The higher the dpi the better.
Sixth, scan your artwork. Just place your artwork on the scanner and scan it. If it is a large piece of art, you will have to scan small sections of it at a time until you scan the whole piece.

- Click "Add", then find all the pictures you have scanned and select all the images you want to choose or use, and click the "open" button.
- Then click stich panorama to merge all the pictures or images together.
- Click Apply. Then you're done!

How to upload Artwork to Printful
For your first upload, you will need a few items: an image file on your computer (this can be a JPEG, PNG, or any other image file), your Facebook ID and password (which you used to login to the Printful site), and the email address you use for your Printful account.
First, open your browser and go to the main Printful website. From there, click on "Products" in the top left corner of your screen. This will take you to the product creation screen where you can start designing your products.
Click "Uploads" in the top right corner of your screen. This will open the uploads page where you'll find the JPG icon on the left side of the screen. Click on this icon and then select the JPG file from your computer. Then click "Open." That's it!
Your image should now appear on your screen. Click on the picture to see a larger version. At this point, you can begin editing the image by resizing it, adding text, etc.
When you're done, you can click save and return to your product creation screen. Once you're back on the screen where you created your product, you can drag and drop your image into the product you chose. Next, select your sizing options and click "Continue."
Finally, select your preferred shipping speed and enter your payment information before placing your order.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Printful letting you know that your order has been received. The order will ship within 1-2 business days. You'll also receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. An email will also be sent to you once your order has arrived at the destination address. Keep in mind that your finished products are not actually printed until you place the order.
